The Debtors' Amended Schedules
You may be listed as the holder of a claim against one or more of the Debtors in the Debtors' Amended and Restated Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (the "Amended Schedules"), which were filed on November 20, 2001. The Amended Schedules replace and supercede the Debtors' Schedules of Assets and Liabilities filed with the Court in November and December 2000 (the "Original Schedules"). You should not in any way rely upon the information contained in the Original Schedules.
If you agree with the amount, nature and/or classification of your claim(s) as set forth in the Amended Schedules, you do not need to file a proof of claim unless your claim is designated as "disputed," "contingent," "unliquidated" and/or "unknown."
If it is unclear from the Amended Schedules whether your claim is disputed, contingent or unliquidated, or is otherwise properly listed and classified, or if you believe you hold a claim against one or more of the Debtors and have not been scheduled, you must file a proof of claim on or before the General Claims Bar Date.
The Amended Schedules may be examined by interested parties: (a) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., prevailing Eastern time, at the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Sixth Floor, 824 Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801; and (b) on the Court's electronic docket for the Debtors' chapter 11 cases, which is posted on the Internet at http://www.deb.uscourts.gov.
